We want you to love your Ophilamena denim. If something isn't right we're here to make it easy.
How to Start a Return
Returns are a two-step process:
- Request your return within 30 days of your delivery date by emailing.
- Ship your item back within 7 days of starting your return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Unaltered and uncustomized
- Returned with original tags attached
- In original packaging if possible
What Cannot Be Returned
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase
- Altered, hemmed, or customized items
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
- Items returned outside the 30-day window
Return Shipping Fee
A $10 return label fee will be deducted from your refund when returning for a refund to your original payment method. This fee is waived for exchanges.
Original Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return you'll receive an email confirmation. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and will be credited to your original payment method. Please note your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Received something damaged or not what you ordered? Email us at customerservice@ophilamena.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item and the issue
We'll cover all costs to resolve it — no return label fee, no hassle.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange for a different size or wash. Exchanges follow the same return conditions above and the $10 label fee is waived. To start an exchange email us at customerservice@ophilamena.com.
